That’s why I’ve designed a flexible approach that meets both needs by:

Giving us plenty of time to get to know each other without requiring lots of meetings or taking too much of your time.

Including stop-start points from the outset, so if at any point before your payment plan begins you feel this isn’t the right fit, we can easily pause.

After just one month of working together, you're free to switch plans (subject to availability), and after three months, you can pause or cancel if needed.

1 / Get in touch
Arrange a free call, or fill out the enquiry form. Simple as that. We'll take things from there and you'll decide if you want to proceed to step 2.
2 / Scoping session
If you’d like to move forward after getting in touch, we’ll meet up via video call to agree the support you need and a plan that fits. From there, I'll outline next steps to get your onboarded and you decide if (and when) you want to get started.​

3 / Onboarding
After our scoping session, if you're ready to proceed, I'll send over all the essential details you need to get started. I’ll also set up a payment link for your monthly subscription. Work will begin the Monday after payment is received (if it's a UK public holiday, let's make it a Tuesday)
4 / Weekly
​I’ll set aside a block of time each week for your agreed hours to provide the support you need. You’ll receive weekly updates via Slack. I don't submit timesheets but I do make sure you are kept abreast of outputs and work completed.
5 / Monthly
We'll schedule a monthly hour for a review and to discuss priorities for the next four weeks: this is included in your plan price and provided ontop of your subscription hours. PS after the first month, you can switch plans if you wish, subject to availability.
6 / At 6 months
Every six months, we'll hold a strategy session to deep dive into our progress and refresh our partnership plan. Again, this is included in your monthly fee and is provided on top of your subscription hours.
