Can I renew my package? Absolutely. Renew as often as you like (subject to availability).
What is the cost? For all options other than my retainer, the cost is £750 The retainer service is £725 per month with a minimum 3 month commitment at outset and at each renewal point.
How do I pay? Pay upfront via secure online payment or bank transfer or set up an installment plan. Our engagement can start once full payment is received or once your payment plan is in place.
Do you offer discounts? - For payment in full and upfront, a 5% discount is applied - An additional 5% discount is available for my neighbours (SO18, SO19 and SO31 postcode)
Do you meet virtually or face to face? I can deliver virtually via google meet or face to face. If meeting face to face, I ask you to arrange a suitable venue (coffee shops work for me if we can find a decent space to talk). If we meet face to face in Southampton East (between the Itchen and the Hamble) the only cost to you is the price of a coffee. For other face to face meetings, travel time and costs may apply. We can discuss this during our initial call.
What's your cancellation policy? Rescheduling may be a better way forward than an outright cancellation. If you need to cancel then my cancellation policy is: - More than 2 weeks before our engagment stars - full refund - More than 1 week, less than 2 weeks - 50% refund. - Cancellations within 1 week and no shows - no refund. Please note, if we are meeting face to face you may be billed in full for additional travel and accomodation expenses I have incurred whether or not you choose to reschedule.
Is there a time limit to using my hours? Yes. All packages have a maximum timeframe for using your hours, even if you need to reschedule: Intensive VIP Day: Your 6 hours must be used within 1 month of purchase Weekly Focus (6 weeks): Your 6 hours must be used within 12 weeks of purchase Monthly Guidance (6 months): Your 6 hours must be used within 9 months of purchase These timeframes exist because once you purchase your package, I reserve that capacity specifically for you in my calendar. This means I'm turning away other client work to honour our commitment. While I'm happy to accommodate reasonable rescheduling within these windows, I cannot extend them indefinitely as it affects my ability to plan my business and serve all clients effectively. Any unused hours after these deadlines will expire and cannot be refunded or carried forward.
How does a 'retainer' mean? A retainer is a commitment between us that works like this: - You secure 6 hours of my time each month (minimum 3-month agreement) - You're investing in guaranteed access to me, whether you use all 6 hours or not - I block off dedicated space in my calendar exclusively for you - This means I decline other client work during your reserved hours - You can call on this time flexibly as needs arise throughout the month - You gain peace of mind knowing support is always available when challenges emerge The key difference from other packages: with a retainer, you're not just paying for hours worked—you're paying for priority access and availability. This ensures I'm there when you need me, without the "sorry, I'm fully booked" response that can happen with one-off services. Think of it as having a trusted advisor on standby without the full-time commitment. You get consistency, priority attention, and someone who stays continuously familiar with your business context.
