strategy or Space TO THINK: How do you know if you need ADVICE OR COACHING?
At the end of the day, what you call the work doesn't matter much. What matters is you're here, something feels off, and you're looking around at what to do about it. That's a good start.
I'm here to help you get from where you are (your A) to where you want to be (your B). Together we'll get clear on both — and start looking at what's getting in the way.
What we find in the way will shape how we work together.
Coaching: when the obstacle is YOU
Not in a blame-y way. Sometimes the thing getting in the way of getting things done is how we're thinking, or the patterns we keep falling into.
Procrastination. Worry. The inner voice asking whether you've any business running a business at all. Never being quite present on the task in hand. A nagging feeling that something needs to change, but you can't pin down what.
In a coaching session, I won't tell you what to do. I'll ask proper questions to surface what's actually going on. Often, if we can't hear ourselves think above the din of life you need a little time and space to think louder.
You'll leave with clarity, actions, and maybe a little homework.
Coaching is probably for you if:
You keep bumping into the same feelings or behaviours that stop you moving forward
Something keeps tripping you up but you can't work out what
You're stuck and not sure why
You want to think it through with someone, not be told what to do
You want time and permission to speak and to be listened to
You are open to being gently challenged and supported as you try new approaches.
strategic advisory: when the obstacle is operational
Advisory is essential when there’s simply too much to think about, and not enough of you to go around.
The to-do list is out of control, the systems are clunky, and the "limitless" marketing options feel like expensive noise. You’re stuck in the operational engine room and you can’t find your way back to the bridge to steer the ship.
This is where you bring in a strategic partner to look at the business from the outside in. Using my D.A.D. framework, we audit your workload to determine what to ditch, automate, or delegate. We don’t just "do tasks". Instead, we build the routines and habits that make your business sustainable.
I’ve spent fifteen years as an Online Business Manager working inside small businesses; I provide the roadmap so you don't have to keep guessing.
Advisory is likely what you need if:
Life is in transition (family, career, hormones — all of the above) and the business needs to keep running anyway
You want a clear-eyed audit of what can be simplified or offloaded
You need to get back to your actual work and out of the admin weeds
You've got a big idea and need someone to map out the concrete steps with you
What if The obstacles are unclear?
Obstacles are tricky. What looks like a time problem can turn out to be an anxiety around saying no. What feels like dread when you sit down to work might actually be the absence of a clear starting routine. You don't need to diagnose yourself before we speak.
Sometimes it's obvious which way we'll go. Sometimes the conversation surfaces it. Sometimes we start one way and shift as things get clearer. That's not a detour, it’s just what support looks like.
If you want to dip your toe in, get in touch. We'll arrange a first full session to get under the skin of what's going on.No pressure, no tie-ins: just what you need to move you forward, if and when you need it.
